2006-2008 Client’s QA/QC Inspection Engineer for Star (Chevron) visiting sites throughout Europe and Middle East concerned with expediting, fabrication and qualification of most items for the Offshore Supply Contract - including the Buoy turntable, OOLs (Welding procedure qualification and fatigue testing to SCR criteria & AUT validation), receptacles, flexjoints, anchor chain, H links, sockets, shackles, wire rope, chainstopper, floating hoses, etc. on the Agbami Project. Also covered the offshore phase of welder qualification and OLL pipelay, and review of Vendor Data Books. (Through Tecmor)

2006 Client’s Welding/NDT Inspection Engineer for Exxon Mobil at the Thyssen/Mannesman Pipe mill in Hamm, Germany. Fabrication and inspection of 960 x 16’’ HFI outer pipe (Through Tecmor)

2004 - 2006 Client’s Welding/NDT Inspection Engineer for Exxon Mobil 
Based Serimer Dasa, Paris, France. Project to witness and report on Welding Procedure Qualification, and Welder Qualification on Carbon Steel SCR (Steel Catenary Risers), including Clad Pipe, and Offshore Loading Lines for the Erha Project, Nigeria utilising automatic GTAW, STT and GMAW. Procedures included having to pass stringent fatigue testing as well as mechanical and AUT tests. 
During the project, started and completed the Double Jointing of the Water Injections Lines at Onne, Nigeria. 
Witnessed welder qualifications for offshore phase on the laybarge the Polaris, in Port Gentil, Gabon.

2004 Inspection Engineer carrying out a survey of paint coatings on numerous structures throughout the London Underground network, carrying out Visual Inspection, Dry Film Thickness Tests, Adhesion Testing, etc. (for Transfire)
